Eligibility: Crisis occurring in the area served. Ages 5-17 must be referred by 3rd party (guardian, agency, school and must be capable of remaining with the minor until the team arrives). Individual in need cannot be intoxicated.

Application Process: Call.

Required Documentation: None.

Fees: No fee for services.
