* Provides intensive family-and community-based treatment that addresses the multiple determinants of serious antisocial behavior in juvenile offenders.
- Home-based family counseling.
- Crisis intervention for at risk youth and families.
- Anger management for adolescents and youth.
Eligibility: Ages 11–18 with a history of juvenile delinquency or serious PINS behaviors and at imminent risk of out-of-home placement.
Application Process: Cayuga County- A referral may be submitted through the FAST team: https://cayugacofast.com/ Seneca and Schuyler County- All referrals sent by preventive and CPS services.
Required Documentation: Call for information.
Fees: No fee for services.
