Eligibility: Resident of coverage area. Must have contacted other service providers initially. Must be in need of emergency assistance. Call for information.

Coverage Note: Following counties: Cayuga, Livingston, Wayne, Ontario, and parts of Seneca. Towns of Ovid, Interlaken, Seneca Falls and Waterloo.
