* Provides HIV and STD prevention services for highest risk young people. Services include:
- HIV/STD testing and medical and treatment services.
- Workshops.
- Referrals to sexual health and other supportive services.
Eligibility: Age 13 to 24 years at risk for HIV or an STD.
Application Process: By appointment or walk-in during office hours.
Required Documentation: None.
Fees: No fee for services.
Coverage Note: City of Rochester.
Action for a Better Community promotes and provides opportunities for low-income individuals and families to become self-sufficient.
