* Provides care for Veterans with substance abuse problems including:

  • Assessments. 
  • Counseling. 
  • Education Groups. 
  • Support Groups. 
  • Referral for vocational planning. 
  • Referrals to other community programs. 
  • Department of Motor Vehicle programs. 
  • Aftercare Planning. 
  • Long-term Treatment. 

Eligibility: Veteran's beneficiaries. Verified service. Service time with general or honorable discharge.

Fees: Call for current information. Based on income and net worth levels.

Coverage Note: Western New York State including Monroe, Ontario, Wayne, Schuyler, Steuben, Yates, Chemung, Seneca and Livingston Counties, as well as Tioga, Potter, and Allegany counties in Pennsylvania.
