  • Foster parent recruitment.
  • Foster parent training and certification.

* Offers adoption services.

  • Certification of prospective adoptive families.
  • Places children in DSS foster care with adoptive families.

Eligibility: Call for information.

Application Process: Certification by the Department of Social Services according to New York State regulations. Complete pre-certification training program. Cooperate with a background investigation. Annual homestudy update and recertification.

Fees: No fees for services except for attorney fees.
