* Provides emergency housing to chronically homeless and at-risk veterans. 

Eligibility: Individuals who are homeless and can provide proof of veteran/discharge status. Must not have sex offender or arson conviction.

Application Process: Drop in to South Avenue office or call for information.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: No fee for services.

Coverage Note: Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Wayne, Orleans, Genesee and Erie Counties.

 

Veterans Outreach Center provides a one-stop-shop model of services to the United States Armed Forces veterans and their families through case management, residential services, Quartermaster program, Morale Center services, suicide prevention/awareness support, and more.
