  • Includes support services for families, such as case management and children's programming.
* Provides case management and additional support for one year following program completion.

Eligibility: Homeless women and their school-aged children.

Application Process: Must apply and then have an in person appointment to determine eligibility. Currently there is a waiting list which is subject to change.

Required Documentation: ID, license, social security number, birth certificate, children's ID and school information, medical providers.

Fees: No fee for services.

Coverage Note: Cayuga, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Seneca, and Wayne County.
