* Offers a 9 month leadership development program to adults and high school seniors.

* Selected on basis of written application.

Eligibility: Must reside or work in Cayuga County.

Application Process: Written application submitted June through August.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: Call for information. Tuition support paid for by adult class participants and businesses. Youth participants contribute to cost of classes. Contributions solicited from area businesses and organizations for balance of costs.
