* Helps clients get into affordable housing where they pay 30% of their income. This is a housing-first program. After acquiring housing, housing specialists continue working with clients as they transition into their new homes.
  • Housing is not readily available, must connect and engage with the program. PCHO does not have its own housing; works with the community/landlords to connect.

Eligibility: Must be homeless, meaning on the street, in a shelter, in a car, or abandoned building.

Required Documentation: Birth certificate, ID, and Social Security card.

Fees: No fees for services.

Person Centered Housing Options provides case management, connection to housing programs offered through continuum of care, and resources to people experiencing homelessness or in danger of becoming homeless.
