Eligibility: Age 18 or older. Resident of area served. Must meet income guidelines-cannot be receiving social security benefits. Individuals must have been denied, closed and/or used emergency housing in the past 12 months a specific amount of times. 

Application Process: Call or walk-in. Accepts referrals.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: No fee for services.
