Home and Community-Based Services
* Provides supports to youth and families based on family preference and Level of Care determination. These include:
- Caregiver Family Advocacy and Support Services.
- Planned Respite and Crisis Respite.

Eligibility: Birth to twenty one. Must be a Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care, or Medicaid Family of One recipient. Must meet Level of Care requirements.
