* Provides housing rehabilitation services for existing homeowners. Typical repairs include:
  • Roof replacement.
  • Bathroom replacement.
  • Interior and exterior painting for lead stabilization.
  • Upgrades to heating, plumbing, or electrical systems.
  • Septic system replacement.

Eligibility: Must meet income guidelines. Owners must occupy the residence for one year prior to applying for and agree to live in the home for 5 to 10 years depending on funding.
