  • Fun activities and peer programs. 
  • Health and wellness resources.
  • Chances to meet others who understand.

Eligibility: Teen and young adult cancer patients and survivors, ages 13-39, and their parents/caregivers.

Application Process: Call, email, drop in, or visit website for information.

Required Documentation: None.

Fees: No fee for services.

Coverage Note: Allegany, Cayuga, Chemung, Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Orleans, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Wayne, Wyoming, and Yates Counties.
