Syracuse District Office: Serving all ages in Broome, Cayuga, Chenango, Cortland, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, Tioga, and Tompkins counties; serving only adults in Chemung, Seneca, and Schuyler counties; serving only children in St. Lawrence County.
