Program hours: M-F 8:30AM-5:00PM. 24 hour emergency services.
Clinic services: Every W 8:30AM-7:00PM.
STD services: Every W 5:00PM-6:30PM.

* Provides free smoke detectors,carbon monoxide alarms, batteries, fire extinguishers, cleaning supplies, Healthy Home DVD and literature. A brief survey will be completed during the home or apartment visit.

  • Program objectives are to reduce or prevent tobacco use, home fire deaths, household pests, lead exposure and asthma hospitalizations.
  • Program is available to the first 600 residents within the targeted neighborhoods.

Application Process: Call to schedule home visit with the Community Health Worker.
