* Initiates matching of adult volunteers to provide a supportive friendship on a one-to-one basis with adults receiving mental health treatment.

Individual training provided before matches are made.
Ongoing, post-match trainings offered.
Pre-match and post-match support provided by Volunteer Coordinators.
Volunteer-client activities include friendly visits, social and cultural experiences, and special events.

* Offers Compeer Calling/E-Buddies.

Telephone or e-mail support for referred clients waiting to be matched with volunteers.

* Offers volunteer opportunities.

Eligibility: Volunteers and Clients: Age 18 or older.

Application Process: Clients: referrals made through a mental health provider. Volunteer: call for information.
