* The Family Law Unit at the Legal Aid Society of Rochester provides legal representation and advocacy to low-income individuals. Their attorneys and staff support clients in a variety of family law issues, including:
  • Child Support.
  • Custody.
  • Divorce.
  • Protection from Abuse (including domestic violence).
  • Legal services and counseling.
  • Assistance with Family Court Orders of Protection.
  • Visitation.
  • Paternity.
  • Spousal Support.
  • Other Family Law Matters.
