* Provides financial assistance to afford the cost of burying or cremating a loved one.

Eligibility: Funeral being arranged cannot cost more than $7,000, additional financial guidelines apply. Call or walk-in for information. Applicants who are determined eligible will receive a supplemental burial assistance grant to assist with the cost of the burial.

Application Process: In person interview required with Burial Coordinator, be prepared to discuss the decedent's (and any legally responsive relative's) financial situation, including income and assets.

Fees: For applicants who are determined eligible with receive a grant to assist with the cost of the funeral and or burial.
