  • Food.
  • Clothing.
  • Hygiene products.
  • Medical linkages including mental health and prescriptions.
  • Case management services.

Eligibility: Males age 18 and older recently released from incarceration and are homeless.

Application Process: Referrals are made through parole officers, DSS or clergy.

Required Documentation: Birth Certificate and Social Security Card.

Fees: No fee for service.

Coverage Note: Monroe County.

Cultural Competency: Signage and advertising for diverse populations, Staff reflects population served

Languages: Spanish - Staff provides service in language offered
