* Serves hot, nutritious noon-time meals, to individuals who desire a setting that provides fellowship and social activities.
* Provides Nutrition Counseling to individuals who are at nutrition risk because of illness, poor nutrition history and/or medication use.
* Provides Nutrition Counseling to individuals who are at nutrition risk because of illness, poor nutrition history and/or medication use.
Eligibility: 60 years of age or older.
Application Process: Reservations are requested.
Required Documentation: None.
Fees: Suggested donation of $3.00. SNAP benefit cards accepted.
