* Provides utility gas and electric bill payment assistance for eligible National Grid customers.
Eligibility: Applicants must exhaust at least one source of HEAP before applying and have an active account with National Grid. This grant is available to residents of upstate counties and can be received once per heating season.

Fees: No fee for services.
Coverage Note: Cayuga, Livingston, Ontario, Seneca and Wayne Counties.
