* Provides comprehensive services tailored to meet the needs of individuals living with mental and behavioral health illness, and/or substance use disorder, through individual/group services, mental health counseling, medication management, job coaching, to achieve independence and assist people with meeting their life goals.

Cultural Competency

Eligibility: Must be 18 or older, live with a mental and behavioral health, and/or substance use disorder.

Application Process: Call for first appointment. 24 hour crisis intervention available.

Fees: Fees vary. Covered by Medicaid.
