* Provides individual and group counseling to blind and visually impaired persons of all ages and their families.

Eligibility: Blind and severely visually impaired persons of all ages and their families.

Application Process: Appointments preferred but walk-ins available.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: No fee for services.

Coverage Note: Cayuga, Onondaga, Oswego, Cortland and Jefferson counties.
