  • How to ask the court to vacate a judgment. 
  • Poor person status application. 
  • Motion forms. 
  • How to start a civil suit. 
  • How to enforce/modify a divorce judgment. 
  • How to serve legal papers. 
* Provides the above information in the form of books, guides, packets, brochures, DIY programs and online tools. 

Eligibility: Must not be represented by an attorney or legal agency.

Application Process: Walk in or visit the website.

Required Documentation: None.

Fees: No fee for services.
