* Helps cover the cost of a roof replacement and other related repairs such as gutters, downspouts, roof flashing and minor chimney repair. Repairs not related to the roof are not eligible. Pre-existing damages to the interior of the property caused by a leaking roof are not covered through this program. The work will be done by an approved City contractor. Owners are not allowed to perform their own work.
- A public drawing will be held. You do not need to be present. If you are selected you will be notified in writing. All selected pre-applications will be forwarded to Action for a Better Community (ABC) for processing.
- Review: ABC will review the selected pre-applications to confirm compliance with the requirements. Those that meet the requirements will be sent to the City.
- Letter of Approval: City will send homeowners a letter of approval outlining the next steps.

Required Documentation: Proof of income.
Fees: Participants must pay a financial contribution, the amount of the contribution is based on the annual income of the household.
