* Offers substance use evaluation and individualized treatment for adolescents and adults. Services offered include:

  • Adolescent Services (works around school schedule). 
  • Opiate Dependence Group. 
  • Buprenorphine/Suboxone and Vivitrol Therapy. 
  • Relapse Prevention. 
  • Awareness and Dependence Groups.
