* Protects the rights of employees and employers by ensuring the proper delivery of benefits of workers’ compensation, disability benefits and Paid Family Leave, and by promoting compliance with the law.

Eligibility: Must have an on the job injury for Worker's Compensation. For those with an off-the-job injury call for information.

Application Process: Call for information.

Fees: No fee for service.

Coverage Note: Cayuga, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, and St. Lawrence Counties.
