Coverage Note: Monroe, Wayne, Cayuga, Orleans, Wyoming, Livingston, Seneca, Yates, Genesee, Erie, Niagara, Jefferson, Essex, St. Lawrence, Lewis, Oswego, and Ontario Counties.

Languages: Spanish, French, Portuguese on site with other languages as needed through contracted translators.
