* Provides peer support for those in recovery from mental illness.
* Provides a free weekly gentle yoga class.

Spiritus Christi Mental Health Center provides individual, couple and group therapy to uninsured or underinsured adults. Licensed therapists volunteer their time. There is no charge to those who consult the center.
