* Provides Braille-writing device that has the same portability, flexibility and affordability as a pen and pencil.

* Offers service to any blind or visually impaired person wishing to learn or who is learning Braille. May request a free slate and stylus once per year if needed.

Eligibility: Any blind or visually impaired person who knows or wants to learn Braille.
