* Helps Veterans with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Traumatic Brain Injury, and Military sexual trauma regain their lives by providing quality clinical and case management. Services include:
- Individual mental health counseling.
- Group therapy.
- Support therapies (Art).
- Case management.
- Specialized groups to support reintegration.
Eligibility: Veterans age 18 or older.
Application Process: Call or walk-in for information.
Required Documentation: Knowledge of current service providers.
Fees: No fee for service.
Coverage Note: Cayuga, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Seneca, and Wayne Counties.
Support services for people that are developmentally disabled including residential services, day habilitation, children's services, Medicaid service coordination, community habilitation, supported employment, and sheltered employment.
