* Provides crisis support services to children, youth, and adults with developmental disabilities and their families throughout Monroe County. Services include:
- Behavioral assessment.
- Behavior plan development.
- Short-term case management.
- Parent, school team, and staff training.
- Links to needed services.

Eligibility: Must receive or be eligible for OPWDD services.
Application Process: Referrals can be made by families, medical or mental health providers, or developmental disability service providers. Call for more information.
