* Provides crisis support services to children, youth, and adults with developmental disabilities and their families throughout Monroe County. Services include:
  • Behavioral assessment.
  • Behavior plan development.
  • Short-term case management.
  • Parent, school team, and staff training.
  • Links to needed services.
* Offers services in the home, residence, school, or day program.

Eligibility: Must receive or be eligible for OPWDD services.

Application Process: Referrals can be made by families, medical or mental health providers, or developmental disability service providers. Please call for more information.
