* Provides Community Oriented Recovery and Empowerment services which are designed for adults 21 and over enrolled in HARP (Health and Recovery Plans) Medicaid Managed Care plans that pay for behavioral health and substance use services. Also, Peer Empowerment, Psychosocial Rehabilitation, and Family Support and training.
