* Provides Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR or Skillbuilding) services:
- PSR Services are designed to assist youth with compensating for or eliminating functional deficits and interpersonal and/or environmental barriers associated with a behavioral health condition.
- PSR intends to increase theindividual’s function level to the fullest possible and asnecessary for integration of the individual as an activeand productive member of their family, community,and/or culture.
Language Access
Eligibility: Youth that meets medical criteria as identified by a licensed clinical practitioner.
Application Process: Referrals made through mental health provider.
Required Documentation: Call for information.
Fees: Medicaid.
