* Provides Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR or Skill building) services:
- PSR Services are designed to assist youth with compensating for or eliminating functional deficits and interpersonal and/or environmental barriers associated with a behavioral health condition
- PSR intends to increase the individual's function level to the fullest possible and as necessary for integration of the individual as an active and productive member of their family, community, and/or culture
Language Access
Eligibility: Youth that meets medical criteria as identified by a licensed clinical practitioner.
Application Process: Referrals made through mental health provider.
Required Documentation: Call for information.
Fees: Medicaid.
