* Provides an online certificate program through interactive lectures, video demonstrations, interviews with experts, reading assignments, and learning activities which when completed earns nearly 70 continuing education credits and receives an Advanced Certificate of Completion in Care Management.
  • 10 modules, each covering an essential aspect of the care manager role.
  • modules can be taken one at a time or all at once.
* Designed for nurses or other health professionals currently working in a care manager capacity, or aspiring to enter the field.

* Helps gain and refine the essential knowledge and skills necessary to work in a doctor’s office, hospital, skilled nursing facility, home health care and other settings.

Fees: Full Program: $495 for the general public $435 for UR Medicine employees, UR Medicine affiliate employees, and Finger Lakes region residents Per Module: $75 for the general public $65 for UR Medicine employees, UR Medicine affiliate employees, and Finger Lakes region residents.

Coverage Note: Allegany, Cayuga, Chemung, Cortland, Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Onondaga, Ontario, Orleans, Seneca, Schuyler, Steuben, Tioga, Tompkins, Wayne, Wyoming, and Yates counties.
