* Provides Supported and Vocational Employment services for individuals with disabilities.

* Offers Pathway to Employment: discovery of skills, interests, and abilities. Duration is a minimum of 278 hours to 365 days. Participants are involved in at least two vocational activities and three short vocational experiences.

* Offers Support Employment (SEMP): Support needed to obtain and maintain paid competitive jobs in the community. Individuals with ID/DD typically transition to SEMP after ACCES-VR, and require limited job coaching to successfully maintain their employment. Individuals also come from programs that offer intensive training through OPWDD.

Eligibility: Determined by NYS OPWDD.
