Eligibility: Students and parents dealing with substance abuse, bullying, or violence issues.

BOCES provides vocational education and special education services to local school districts, support services, the Continuing Education Program, Literacy Programs, and many other community-based activities. The School Library System Program provides an inter-library loan system between public and non-public component schools of BOCES and cooperates with local public libraries. Library media is available from other systems, state libraries and higher education throughout the nation. Teacher Certification: Contact the Head of Teacher Certification for information or applications.
