* Provides a one-year course for corporate and non-profit groups to learn equitable practices and unlearn racist practices for the self and the workplace. We use a cohort model to build bridges and share knowledge between our community's leaders.

* Offers additional training, workshops and individualized coaching to nonprofit organizations, businesses, corporations, and government entities.
