* Provides peer supports that have lived life experience similar to what clients experience that can help them feel comfortable and connect them to different activities or groups in the community.
Eligibility: Must be homeless or at risk of homelessness.
Application Process: Call, walk-in, or visit website. Referrals, including self-referrals, are accepted.

Person Centered Housing Options provides case management, connection to housing programs offered through continuum of care, and resources to people experiencing homelessness or in danger of becoming homeless.
