Eligibility: Must meet income guidelines.

Application Process: Complete rental application found on the website and then mail, drop off or upload the completed forms to INHS. Processing applications will take two to ten business days depending on the completeness of the information provided.

Required Documentation: Completed application, photo identification, and social security card.

Fees: No fees for services.

Coverage Note: Cayuga, Chemung, Cortland, Schuyler, Seneca, Tioga and Tompkins County.

Languages: Spanish, French., French, Spanish - Staff provides service in language offered

 

Ithaca Neighborhood Housing Services revitalizes neighborhoods and assists low to moderate income people in obtaining quality housing on a long-term basis. Services include affordable housing, rental properties, homeownership services or home repair assistance. INHS is also for people with modest incomes looking to rent, buy, repair, or participate in a home buyer education course.
