Eligibility: Families with children ages 5-17 years old. 18-20 depending on circumstances. Call for information.

Application Process: Child's primary mental health therapist call for a referral/screening.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Languages: Spanish, American Sign Language - Staff provides in-person interpreter, Website can be translated
