Cultural Competency

Eligibility: Ages 12-29. Identify as LGBTQI+ or a caregiver for LGBTQI+ youth/young adults.

Application Process: Call for appointment and current monthly program schedule.

Required Documentation: None.

Fees: No fee for services.

Coverage Note: Cayuga, Herkimer, and Oneida Counties.

ACR Health is a not-for-profit, community-based organization providing case management, HIV/HCV/STI testing, prevention education, linkage to care, harm reduction services, insurance navigators, and a variety of support services to a wide range of chronic diseases, including focus areas related to insurance, testing, substance use, and HIV, with the goal of positive health outcomes for individuals and communities.
