Eligibility: Males 18 years of age or older. Males who have been homeless consistently for one year or more and who has had four or more episodes of homelessness in the past three years. Clients suffering with addiction issues will be assessed for appropriateness for program.

The Salvation Army offers emergency assistance and referrals, homeless shelters/case management services, after school, summer day camp, and overnight camp programs for youth, rehabilitation services for chemically dependent adults, Holiday/Christmas assistance, disaster services, three corps(churches) with various spiritual and community services.
