Eligibility: Resident of area served.
Application Process: Accepts walk-ins or use DSS office.
Required Documentation: Proof of address. Prefer a referral from an agency such as DSS, church, or school. A self-referral is accepted as well.
Fees: No fee for service.
Coverage Note: Town of Lima, Honeoye Falls/Lima school district.
