* Provides Children's Care Management for youth with Medicaid, and Care Coordination services for youth without Medicaid. Supports youth with a mental health diagnosis or history of trauma in meeting their goals and getting connected to the resources they need.

Cultural Competency BadgeCultural Competency

Eligibility: Ages 0-21. Has program that serves youth with Medicaid and a program that serves youth without Medicaid. Both must have a mental health diagnosis or history of trauma.

Application Process: Email or call.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: No fee for services.

Coverage Note: If youth has Medicaid: Monroe, Wayne, Ontario, Livingston, Orleans, Genesee counties If youth doesn’t have Medicaid: Monroe county.

Villa of Hope offers Behavioral Health (mental health and substance use treatment), Care Coordination, Education, and Workforce Development programs to youth, adults and families.
