* Assists individuals and families to work towards self-sufficiency.  Crisis intervention to assist with food, shelter, children's clothing, and related needs
  • Food pantry.
  • Clothing Closet for all ages. 
  • Assistance applying for DHS assistance.
  • Assistance applying for Social Security assistance.
  • Personal Care Items, as well as Diapers and Baby Products.
  • Monthly Women's Group. 

Eligibility: Must reside within area served for all programs.

Application Process: Call or walk in for an appointment. Prefer appointments.

Required Documentation: Verification of need. Proof of residence. Identification for all household members. Proof of income. Proof of expenses.

Fees: No fee for service.

Coverage Note: Serves 14606,14608,14613 and parts of 14611,14612,14614,14615,14616,14624.
