* Offers adult outpatient clinic.
  • Provides assessments which are completed by a licensed mental health practitioner in order to determine the level of care a patient may need. 
  • Provides Individual, family and group therapy.
  • Provides Psychiatric evaluation and medication management.
  • Linkage/referral to other needed services that are beyond the scope of the adult outpatient service.
* Provides children's outpatient clinic.
  • Provides comprehensive evaluation/screening which looks at psychiatric, emotional, social, family and medical issues of the child including drop in hours. 
  • Provides Individual, family and group therapy.
  • Provides Psychiatric evaluation and medication management
* Provides community mental health services

Eligibility: Adult services: none. Children services: Ages 5-21 who are experiencing problems that interfere with their daily lives. Children must be accompanied by an adult during walk in hours.

Application Process: Children walk in. Adults call intake.

Fees: Sliding scale. Third party insurance. Medicaid. Financial assistance available.
